Welcome to the course dedicated to the principles of Integral Martial Arts. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner the foundation of this 4 week series will revolutionize your performance in taichi, qigong or martial arts. These sessions can be used as a guide to enhancing your abilities regardless of the style you practice. This course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of body mechanics, energy awareness, and harmonious culture of movement that are universally applicable.
How to become more empowered
Discover how to gain new insights and greater clarity over your stressors by integrating the principles of energy awareness and body alignment that contradict the helplessness, rage and collapse that are part of stress. You will also learn in this lesson how to produce consistent progress rather than trying to over-deliver and experiencing burnout.
How to become more Grounded, Rooted and Centered
Continue the journey of exploring the principles of energy awareness that will help you become more grounded, centered and rooted. You will also learn how to - quite literally - use power instead of force, so you can become more powerful, rather than forceful. In this lesson, you are also going to discover for yourself how to be responsive, rather than reactive, even under pressure.

Discover how to double the power of your punches and elbow strikes by using the body mechanics to achieve internal power. This session will also enhance your authenticity within your practice so that you remain natural even under tense circumstances.

You are about to learn how to apply the same principles of energy awareness to your lower limbs, so that you can kick with power without resorting to using force. In this lesson, you are also going to find out how to take the most energy effective steps and to turn in the most efficient manner, which will take your practice of Qigong, Taichi or Martial Arts to a completely new level.
