Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner the foundation of this 4 week series will revolutionize your performance in taichi, qigong or martial arts. These sessions can be used as a guide to enhancing your abilities regardless of the style you practice. This course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of body mechanics, energy awareness, and harmonious culture of movement that are universally applicable.

Continue the journey of exploring the principles of energy awareness that will help you become more grounded, centered and rooted. You will also learn how to - quite literally - use power instead of force, so you can become a powerful, rather than a forceful, martial artist.
