Living in your head isn’t so bad until you get stuck there. Thankfully, mind and body can live in harmony thanks to energy. We tend to overdramatize the word “energy” but as you know, we humans aren't made up of organic matter and space dust alone.
Energy runs like a current through your body and some parts will have open channels while others are blocked. Even with repeated treatment, your pain will likely return, unless your body releases the tension at will and the channel is re-opened.
The methods introduced in my coaching address the pattern of tension formed through these blocked channels.
